Solid sterling silver pendant necklace inspired by minerals - a theme I am artistically researching right now.

This pendant is a solid sterling silver cast of a "rock fragment" - I first made a mould of a natural pyrite fragment then filled the mould with wax and finally casted the wax model in sterling silver, using the traditional "lost wax casting" technique. The edges look sharp (as they should), but are not dangerous, as the pendant has been throughly polished and tumbled for hours.

The pendant slides freely on a delicate (but sturdy) sterling silver anchor chain. Length of the chain is 24 inch.

It is ready to ship and will arrive beautifully packed in an all-black box.
