Processing Time & Shipping
Ready to ship items are being shipped within 3 business days after placing the order.
Made to order in your size items (lace rings, lace cuffs) are usually made in 3-4 weeks. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me. I will let you know whether the order can be shipped sooner or if it requires faster shipping upgrade.
All items are shipped via Bpost (Belgian Post), with tracking and delivery confirmation. I will notify you by e-mail when your order is being shipped, mentioning the tracking number.

Payment
Vdeux accepts most Credit Cards and PayPal, all payments are secured by Stripe. Stripe provides the technical, fraud prevention, and banking infrastructure required to operate online payment systems. Vdeux never receives your Credit Card information.
Returns & Exchanges
Vdeux gladly accepts returns and exchanges for all ready-to-ship items. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery to let me know you would like to return your purchase.
Unless they arrive damaged or defective, Vdeux can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders and for items on sale.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
